Proliferate When a player proliferates, choose any number of players and/or permanents with a counter on them, then put another of those counters on those. Returning mechanic from Scars of Mirrodin block.

Affinity for Artifacts Reduces the mana cost of a spell by the number of artifacts that player controls. Returning mechanic from original Mirrodin block.
